In our opinion, the inevitable trickle-down effect gained from the initial use of higher-profile personalities has to be well understood and carefully managed.
Although not as high-profile, many inspirational areas such as Education and Health Care will carry enormous influence if the content associated with such is correctly applied. The blend of additional sectors such as teaching, tuition, enablement and or, niche excellence, are likely to be associated with less known individuals but who in their own powerful right, will act as a meaningful force towards Memberd’s brand development and long-term success.
Terms of Engagement

The following draft Terms are intended to create clearly understood and highly effective support for the following 3-month period prior to Memberd’s intended September 2023 launch.
Subject to your own input, our key areas of focus are:
1 Strategic Planning & Business Structuring
2 Brand Development
3 Fund Raising
Beyond the above phase, any ongoing support can be aligned to whatever terms are seen as mutually appropriate and beneficial.
Notes:
i) Any costs associated with external Brand development or advice around such, are subject to separately agreed fees.
ii) In addition to the outlined monthly fee, our conventional approach to the successful raising of Funds is to charge a 3% fee on all funds raised. However, we can discuss the possibility of some alternative approach which if suitable to all parties, may allow some form of Share Options to be issued in lieu of fees.
iii) The above allows for two face-to-face meetings per month in London (or Paris if agreed)
iv) When mutually available and if required, the above allows for daily workday Zoom/Phone conversations to be at a maximum, if possible, of one-hour duration each.
v) Unforeseen meetings outside of the above frequency will require an over-and-above charge of any travel costs incurred (keep it light!) between France and the UK. These are to be pre-agreed to avoid any possible confusion.
Monthly Fee for the above services: £2,750.00
