The Hub.
A place of innovation, creativity & joy
What is the HUB?
The HUB will become a next-generation, specifically curated learning environment for young people with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, Dyscalculia and other neurodivergent profiles, as well as ever-expanding Homeschooling communities, many of whom are subject to neurodivergent profiles.
Created by 1in7, The Hub will offer what traditional schooling often can’t: personalised pathways, extensive neurological profiling, real-world relevance, and psychological safety.
The Challenge
Right now, too many neurodivergent students are being misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or simply left behind.
Rigid school systems. Undertrained staff. Limited support. Rising anxiety.
Families are often forced into reactive decisions without real alternatives.
The HUB will be the proactive answer
A structured, supportive, and human-centred model where every learner is seen, heard, and championed.
Will the HUB be right for your child?
We will support students who:
Are neurodivergent (diagnosed or self-identified)
Struggle in traditional school settings
Experience anxiety, burnout, or school refusal
Need flexible structures to pursue passions
Thrive when learning is visual, practical or interest-led
Seek an education model that aligns with who they truly are

The Process.
SEN-Focused Support
A tailored environment built specifically for neurodiverse learners—celebrating strengths, reducing anxiety, and fostering both academic and social development.
Online Learning Integration
In partnership with Kings InterHigh, students will access a flexible, fully supported online curriculum—enhanced by in-person mentoring and real-world application.
Neurodevelopmental Profiling
Each student will begin with a personalised assessment to guide their unique learning journey—aligning curriculum, support, and goals to their cognitive profile.
Tailored Curriculum
Learning at The HUB will never be one-size-fits-all. Every programme will be bespoke, built around passions, needs, and the evolving pace of each student.
Flexible Timetables
We’ll support natural learning rhythms with adaptable schedules—helping students manage energy, focus, and flow in ways that traditional school never could.
Practical, Real-World Learning
From internships to creative labs, students will engage in hands-on, interest-driven experiences that prepare them for life beyond the classroom.
Neurodiversity & Inclusion
Celebrating Different Minds
The HUB will be built around a simple truth: neurodiversity is not a deficit—it’s a strength.
In contrast to many traditional academic institutions, we will embrace the full spectrum of neurodivergent profiles, including Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, PDA and beyond. We’ll recognise these as natural and valuable variations of the human brain, each offering unique perspectives, talents, and ways of processing the world.
Our vision won’t stop at access—it will centre on belonging.
The HUB will foster a vibrant, inclusive community where neurodivergent students will learn, grow, and connect with others who understand their experience. Here, individuality will be celebrated—not flattened. Expression will be encouraged—not managed.
We won’t just support diversity.
We’ll build around it.
Personalised. Supported. Evolving.
Built Around the Brain
Learning at The HUB will always begin with understanding.
Each student will develop a neurodevelopmental profile, co-created with families and specialists. This will help us design a personalised curriculum that plays to their strengths, works around their blockers, and evolves as they do.
The HUB will offer:
Flexible academic pathways (via Kings InterHigh)
Project-based, experiential learning
Mentorship, therapeutic input, and emotional coaching
Weekly planning and progress review
Ongoing family engagement in learning design
This won’t be education for the masses. It will be learning for your child.
Real Skills. Real Confidence.
Preparing for Life
At The HUB, we will look beyond grades. We’ll build confidence, purpose, and emotional fluency—so that every student leaves not only educated, but equipped.
Students will be encouraged to:
Explore internships and future work experiences
Launch creative, entrepreneurial, or mission-led projects
Join sports, music, or wellbeing pathways
Build independence, resilience, and life-ready skills
Set their own meaningful goals and direction
Because every mind deserves the tools to thrive—on its own terms.

Personal Growth & Wellbeing
Identity
We’ll empower students to understand who they are—supporting self-discovery, self-worth, and a sense of personal purpose. Because thriving begins with knowing yourself.
Motivation
Motivation will be seen as a skill, not a given. We’ll help students tap into their internal drive—fueling determination, passion, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
Expression
We’ll champion self-expression as a vital form of communication and self-understanding. Whether through words, art, performance, or dialogue, students will learn to find their voice, speak their truth, and grow in confidence.
Wellness
Mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing will be integral—not optional. Through coaching, support, and self-care spaces, we’ll prioritise holistic flourishing.
Mindset
We’ll help students build a growth mindset—embracing challenges, learning from mistakes, and developing the confidence to take risks and bounce back stronger.
Curiosity
Curiosity will be our compass. Students will be encouraged to question, explore, and make meaning—building adaptability and critical thinking for whatever lies ahead.
Designed for Brilliance!
The HUB won’t feel like a traditional school.
It will be a purpose-built environment, designed from the ground up to meet the emotional, sensory, and cognitive needs of neurodivergent learners.
We will create a space that feels more like a creative campus than a classroom. It will be warm, modern, and adaptive—with zones that allow students to move through their day with ease, calm, and inspiration.
It will include:
Breakout Rooms for small-group collaboration or quiet focus
Play & Movement Zones to support energy regulation
Calm Rooms & Rest Zones with soft lighting and sensory tools
Meditation Pods for reflection or self-regulation
A Contemporary Café—part social hub, part life-skills space
High-Spec Tech Areas with iMacs, tablets, and digital tools
Lecture & Lab Spaces for group sessions and workshops
A Workout Studio for movement-based learning and body awareness
Set within a beautifully crafted and architecturally inspiring space, The HUB will be designed to support focus, creativity, wellbeing, and difference.
Our environment won’t just accommodate neurodivergent learners— it will be built for them.
